About Feed the Truth:
Feed the Truth seeks to be a force for food system change working to hold the powerful to account and create a healthier and more just world. Feed the Truth was seeded by Daniel Lubetzky—a philanthropist and entrepreneur best known for creating the snack company KIND—with the goal that organization would “hold all of us in the food community accountable for what we say and claim” and counteract the food industry’s undue influence in shaping policy and science. Mr. Lubetzky’s ten-year $25 million funding commitment to Feed the Truth is unique in that it enables the organization to build and sustain a strong foundation from which it can take risks and help contribute to and grow a movement for a healthier, fairer food system that works for people and not just profit.
Feed the Truth works to get Big Food to make big change through smart campaigns, shareholder advocacy, a partnerships-first approach and strategic research and analysis to create greater corporate transparency and accountability.
